We agree with the basic rules of EV Etiquette with one addition, as number one on the list:  communicate.  Much of the angst surrounding public charging can be eliminated if we allow drivers to communicate with one another.  A simple note, left on your car, letting others know what your charging needs are, and when you will be back to your car, allows others to make decisions regarding their own charging.  See the EV Referee™ rules of charging etiquette here.

How many times have you arrived at a much used public charger to see it occupied- and you have no way of knowing when that person will return?  It happens all the time, and a simple note letting you know when they will be back can make things so much simpler on everyone!  EV Referee™ has the product created to allow that basic communication to take place.
